Surround yourself with smart and good people. You will know them by their values, courage, and expertise. Review the team that surrounds you, whether formal or informal. Do you have a team that encourages you, challenges you, nurtures you, or questions you, as the situation demands? For some of us, it is difficult to ask for help.

How to Sustain Your Dream — and Make Measure-able Progress

Have you broken down your big goals into smaller and actionable goals? Can you quantify and act upon the progress you need to make this month so you can celebrate the big wins come December?

Do you have the help you need? Are you trying to do it all? Do you find it difficult to let go of a task that isn’t in your wheelhouse because you are afraid it won’t be done right?

Does someone on your team help you not only see your blind spots but also address them?
